Service · Odoo Implementation
Odoo ERP implemented by people who use it to run real operations
Accounting, inventory, purchasing, sales, POS and HR, configured for Egyptian tax and multi-branch operations. Fixed price, fixed timeline, your team trained before go-live.
Typical engagement
Growth breaks spreadsheets. Bad ERP projects break trust.
Most Egyptian SMEs reach the same wall: stock in one file, invoices in another, a POS that does not talk to accounting, and a month-end that takes three weeks. The ERP projects that fail do so for predictable reasons: scope that grows, consultants who have never run the processes they configure, and training that happens after go-live.
Our implementation method was built by fixing exactly those problems, which is why training and data reconciliation come before go-live, not after.
What we implement
Accounting and Egyptian tax
Chart of accounts, ETA e-invoicing and e-receipts, VAT returns, withholding tax, multi-currency, bank reconciliation.
Inventory and purchasing
Multi-warehouse, landed costs on imports, lots and expiry dates, reordering rules, supplier price lists.
Sales, CRM and POS
Quotations to invoices, customer credit limits, van sales, store POS with central stock, loyalty programs.
HR and payroll
Employees, attendance, leave, Egyptian payroll rules, social insurance, expense claims.
E-commerce and integrations
WooCommerce and marketplace sync, payment gateways, delivery companies, WhatsApp notifications.
Reporting and AI
Management dashboards, branch P&L, and an AI assistant that writes your morning report and answers questions about your numbers.
How the project runs
Scoping, 2 weeks
Process walkthrough with your team, data review, module selection. Output: a fixed-price proposal with timeline and what is explicitly out of scope.
Configure and migrate, 4 to 8 weeks
Weekly demos on your real data. Products, customers, suppliers, opening balances and open documents migrated and reconciled with you.
Train and rehearse, 2 weeks
Role-based training in Arabic or English, then a full dry run of a week of operations and a month-end close before anything goes live.
Go-live and hypercare
We are on site for the first days and on call through your first month-end close. Then a support plan with named people.

Questions we get on every first call
Odoo Community or Enterprise?
Both. We recommend based on the modules you need and the licensing cost per user; most trading and F&B clients start on Enterprise for accounting and POS features.
Where is it hosted?
Odoo.sh, Odoo Online, or your own server in Egypt or abroad. We will walk you through the trade-offs for each option.
How long does a typical implementation take?
Accounting plus inventory and sales for a single company: 8 to 12 weeks from signed proposal to go-live. Multi-company with POS and HR: 12 to 20 weeks.
What does it cost?
A fixed price set after scoping. Indicative ranges are on the Pricing page; the scoping call is free.
