Two companies with the same headcount can need very different Odoo setups. A price before scoping is either padded or wrong. The scoping call takes 45 minutes and ends with a clear fixed figure, or a clear no.
Pricing questions
Do you charge for the scoping call or audit?
No. Both are free and end with a written proposal or report.
Are Odoo licences included?
No. Odoo Enterprise is licensed per user directly from Odoo. We help you pick the right edition and number of users; Community edition has no licence fee.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
We quote the change separately and you decide. The original price does not move.
Do you work outside Egypt?
Yes, across the GCC, remotely with on-site visits for go-live where needed.
